Strom und Drang – Concert Hall
Das Konzerthaus Berlin am Gendarmenmarkt hat eine lange Geschichte: Es wurde 1821 eröffnet, damals als Königliches Schauspielhaus, im zweiten Weltkrieg zerstört, 1984 wieder eingeweiht und ab 1992 heißt es nun Konzerthaus Berlin. Gerade arbeiten sie daran, eine neue Geschichte zu schreiben: Virtual und Augmented Reality ziehen in die altehrwürdigen Gemäuer ein.
The Konzerthaus Berlin on the Gendarmenmarkt has a long history: it was opened in 1821, at that time as the Königliches Schauspielhaus, destroyed in the Second World War, reopened in 1984 and from 1992 it is now called Konzerthaus Berlin. They are currently working on writing a new history: Virtual and Augmented Reality are moving into the time-honoured building.
