Live Coding
Seit 2002 gibt es das Live Coding: in Echtzeit programmieren und so unter anderem Musik oder Visuals erzeugen. Auf der Bühne werden die Befehle der Künstler oft auf einer Projektion für alle sichtbar gemacht. Der Engländer Alex McLean hat vor drei Jahren mit einem Freund das Live Coding für den Club erfunden: den sogenannten „Algorave“.
Live coding exists since 2002. It means programming in real time and thus creating music or visuals, among other things. On stage, the commands of the artists are often made visible to everyone on a projection. Three years ago, Alex McLean and a friend invented live coding for the club: the so-called “Algorave”.
