First Nation Food
Chinesisch, indisch, türkisch, italienisch – gibt’s an jeder Ecke. Aber eine Richtung fehlt in Kanada: Das Essen der Menschen, die seit Jahrhunderten dort leben. Die “First Nation People” eröffnen nun immer mehr Restaurants.
Chinese, Indian, Turkish, Italian – you can find them on every corner. But one direction is missing in Canada: the food of the people who have lived there for centuries. The “First Nation People” are now opening more and more restaurants.
